Job Description
We are looking for someone who can oversee and manage various construction projects from conception to completion. This role requires a thorough understanding of engineering principles project management skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Job description:
- Years of Experience : Min 4 to 5 years.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with architects contractors and other professionals to plan construction projects ensuring compliance with regulations timelines and budgets.
- Site Management: Oversee construction sites monitor progress and ensure that the project adheres to plans specifications and safety regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise during the construction process including solving design and construction issues as they arise.
- Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project records including contracts schedules reports and permits.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with construction teams subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project .
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and success.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local state and federal regulations including environmental and safety standards.
- Ability to work onsite in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work outside standard hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
