Job Description
Korzen Health is collaborating with a wellestablished healthcare provider in the beautiful coastal town of Ilwaco WA. Ilwaca is a small town on the west coast between Portland (109 miles) and Seattle (169 miles)
We are seeking a fulltime Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Clinic Setting:
- Main Clinic is 100 ft away with another clinic 12 miles north at Ocean Park.
- 100% outpatient work
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient care exclusively
- See 1418 patients per day
- Work 4 10 hour days
Patient Demographics:
- 50% Medicare population (age 65)
- Focus on ACO (Annual Wellness Visits)
EMR:
- Utilize EPIC EMR system
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120k140k
- Excellent medical dental and prescription benefits (85% employerpaid)
- 5 weeks vacation plus 7 holidays
- 401K match at 3% after 1 year
- Signon and relocation benefits
- 5 days CME with $3500 stipend (negotiable)
