About the Role:
CCI Group is seeking an experienced Freelance Simultaneous Interpreter to provide realtime EnglishRomanian interpretation during a virtual workshop focused on Offshore Wind Development. The event will host approximately 2530 participants and the interpreter will deliver live translation via Zoom. The session will also be recorded.

Requirements
Fluency in listed language and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience as an interpreter, preferably in a social service, legal, or healthcare setting. Understanding the unique needs and challenges faced by at-risk youth and cultural competency in working with diverse populations. Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and empathy in emotionally charged situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and protocols governing the care and protection of at-risk youth is a plus but not a requirement.
