We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team and assist with coldcalling activities. As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively managing the sales process building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the sales process maintaining accurate records conducting client consultations presenting tailored solutions and identifying upselling or crossselling opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to establish trust and credibility.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions preferences and purchase history using the CRM system.
- Contact clients to understand their specific needs preferences and budgetary considerations.
- Present tailored solutions that address client needs based on product/service knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services that complement the clients needs.
- Address client objections concerns or hesitations during the sales process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our company.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors offerings.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training industry publications and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in sales preferably in IT and tech industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objectionhandling abilities.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
