Job Description
Open Position: Senior Manager Risk & Security Governance (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is currently looking Senior Manager Risk & Security Governance to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good knowledge covering Risk & Security Governance framework and processes with ability to build relationships with both local and regional team and stakeholders
- Design and implement overall Risk & Security Governance framework and process which includes detailed analysis of the financial and risk impact to the organisation
- Lead the team to perform assessment and analysis on the current Security and Risks and provide recommendations to the regional stakeholders
- Good experience working in the regional MNC environment with Insurance/Financial Institution background as added advantage
- Strong leadership with the ability to hire coach and develop the team across to their career goals
- Good communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
