Job Description

Apply now to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at HealthFirst Staffing! HealthFirst Staffing is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem/as needed positions in longterm care facilities throughout Mississippi.

As a Per Diem LPN you will provide essential nursing care to residents in longterm care settings. Youll be responsible for administering medications monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Monitor patients physical and mental conditions
Maintain effective communication with patients families and healthcare team
Document patient care and prepare reports accurately
Assist in implementing nursing care plans

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Completion of a stateapproved practical nursing program
Valid Mississippi LPN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
Ability to administer medications and treatments per standard procedures
Strong patient monitoring skills
Excellent communication abilities with patients families and staff
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
