Job Description
Open Position: IT Recruiter (Fulltime Freelancer)
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join us as a Freelancer. Individual without Recruitment experience but wanting to explore this industry on a Fulltime Freelancing engagement basis is welcomed.
Key requirements include:
Good experience recruiting and sourcing for IT Functional & Technical roles covering any of the IT Sofftware Hardware Solution Architect Project Management and etc
Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
Excellent independent sourcing skills with experience and curiosity about the latest recruiting technologies and platforms above and beyond job boards and LinkedIn
A sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
Ability to multitask and thrives working in a dynamic high change environment
