Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements on platforms including Facebook Tiktok and other relevant job boards/Platform.
- Ensure job posts are clear engaging and optimized for the target audience.
- Monitor responses to job ads and identify profiles that match the job requirements.
- Forward qualified profiles to the recruiter for the next steps in the hiring process.
- Stay updated on the latest job boards and social media platforms for optimal recruitment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with social media posting and advertising management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and able to using own laptops or PC or mobile phone for posting jobs.
