Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Test Environment Manager with a strong IT background to manage coordinate and optimize test environments within our organization. The role will involve close collaboration with various professional teams to ensure the smooth operation and availability of test environments.
Responsibilities:

- Design and manage the CMDB for test environments.
- Handle workflows related to test environment deployments.
- Coordinate test environment operational tasks and facilitate communication with relevant departments regarding deployments.
- Manage incidents related to test environments.
- Liaise with various professional departments (IT Operations & Infrastructure DevOps Release Management IT Systems Planning Information Security Architecture Control etc.).
- Ensure the availability and fulfillment of test environment requirements.
- Plan control and document regular updates.
- Define and enforce professional standards.
Requirements
- University degree in IT and/or Economics.
- Several years of experience as a Test Environment Manager IT Systems Organizer or IT Operator.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an IT mindset.
- Openness to continuous learning and acquiring new knowledge.
- Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Proficient in English at a business level and fluent Hungarian.
- Proactive work ethic.
Preferred:
Knowledge of banking processes.
Knowledge of banking processes.
Experience with ServiceNow and Jira systems.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and Azure Cloud experience.
