Job Title: Senior Solution Architect
Department: State Local & Education (SLED) Team
Reporting to: Director of Solution Architecture Public Sector
Main Role: Overcome and remove technical barriers in the sales process and develop new business
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the SLED sales team
Build business cases and technical differentiation in sales opportunities
Develop presales engineering content
Design solutions and architectural diagrams
Educate partner technical sales teams about Clients solutions and technologies
Support the account manager and the team
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements:
Experience in Cloud/Security space
3 years of experience supporting technical sales of federal accounts
5 years of experience in engineering or operations networking
3 years of experience in networking technologies
Strong knowledge of general security best practices
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work in the field frequently
DDI DNS/DHCP/IPAM experience
CCSP CISSP CASP CySA CEH technical certifications are a plus
Bachelors Degree
Success Indicators:
After six months foundational knowledge of product/solution portfolio fluency with Clients solutions identification of specialization areas capability of handling primary SA customerfacing tasks
After a year fluency with all Clients solutions capability of handling advanced SA customerfacing tasks conducting POCs & customer demos being the goto person for specialization area for assigned region.
