Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k) 403(b) pension and health and welfare plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through highquality service and communication.
- Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 3years of audit experience with experience in employee benefit plans preferred.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
