Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources
Job Overview:
As the Vice President of Human Resources you will be a strategic partner to the executive team responsible for overseeing the entire HR function. You will drive HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement leadership development and organizational growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition performance management and employee development programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment law HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Proven experience with talent management organizational development and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
