Job Description
Job Title: Lead UX Designer
Location: Las Vegas NV
Duration: 12 month Contract
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead UX Designer with extensive experience in UX design and research ideally from a creative agency or design studio background. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing wireframing prototyping and visual design and will be proficient in Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead the design process for complex web applications ensuring that all designs adhere to established style guide standards. Create and iterate on wireframes mockups and prototypes to develop userfriendly site flows for both internal and customerfacing web properties.
- User Experience Research: Conduct testing research and analysis to optimize user experiences across digital assets and applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to hand over designs for implementation ensuring smooth transition and accuracy in the final product.
- Visual Design: Develop content architectures and visual designs that enhance user navigation and overall experience on web properties.
MustHave Skills:
- 8 years of experience in designing complex web applications.
- 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping with a strong background in visual design.
- Expertise in Figma for creating UX/UI designs and prototypes.
- Experience with web and mobile design.
- Knowledge of Sketch for UX/UI design and familiarity with InVision for handing off designs to developers.
- Ability to develop and enforce standards based on established style guides.
- Strong skills in creating and developing flows wireframes and visual designs.
- Experience in developing content architectures for easy navigation.
- Must have a strong portfolio that includes UX design and research.
