Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

OFFICE LOCATION: Phoenix AZ
CORE TIME ZONE: MST
FULLTIME WORKING REMOTELY (from home): Yes
REMOTE WORK COMMENTS: Must be available during normal working hours in MST (AZ time)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Salesforce Developer develops configures tests and debugs new software and enhancements to existing software and configurations on the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the Companys application software environment regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced programmers/analysts and is responsible for leading application development projects of very high complexity.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
This position will be working on our Sales and Service projects
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design develop and maintain any aspect of our highly customized Salesforce platform
Work closely with business analysts quality assurance engineers and other stakeholders to understand system requirements to design and develop features
Participate in code and solution reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code and customizations.
Mentor and guide more junior members of the team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in science Engineering Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years total experience developing objectoriented databasebacked web applications
Minimum 5years developing for the Salesforce platform
Two or more Salesforce Certifications from the following list: Administrator Platform App Builder Platform Developer 1 Platform Developer 2 JavaScript Developer 1
Expertise developing in JavaScript and Apex
High proficiency in Lightning Web Components and SOQL
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and results.
High attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years developing Apex and LWC
Platform Developer 2 Certification
