We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive EMEA to join our team and play a vital role in shaping our companys growth and success.
You will most certainly have experience and ideally a valuable network in the hosting industry in order to grow and take ownership of our EMEA sales. As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for helping drive the companys (billing) growth in the assigned territory and fostering both direct and indirect sales channels. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong team player with a proven track record in the cyber security industry. This role reports to the VP of Sales and Business Development for the EMEA region.
Tasks
- Assume full responsibility for the territory target in the assigned region develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Implement and execute strategic sales plans resulting in consistent growth in both direct and indirect sales channels
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities leading to increased market penetration and revenue diversification
- Effectively manage both direct sales efforts and channel partnerships to expand market reach and maximize sales opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders
- Identify and frequently visit industry events to generate leads and pick up trends in the market
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing product and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings providing feedback to enhance product development
- Enter and maintain all records in BotGuards CRM (Hubspot)
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales roles (or product/project management roles) within the cyber security software industry/sales to hosting industry companies.
- Great command of both written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Tactical thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Selfmotivated individual contributor who can also excel as a team player.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Enjoy working at events to generate sales qualified leads.
