Job Description

Job Summary: Join our team as a Sanitation Worker at a local ice cream production facility. In this role you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all machinery is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet quality and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble and reassemble ice cream production machinery for cleaning purposes.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment and workspaces according to company standards.
  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure proper assembly and functionality before production begins.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any issues to management.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure timely production schedules.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sanitation or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
Work Schedule:
  • Must be flexible with start times between 1 PM and 3 PM.
  • Work 68 hours per day Monday through Friday.
  • Starting pay is $17/hr. Willing to pay more if you have experience.
