Job Description
Job Title: HR Strategy Consultant (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals challenges and HR needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that align with clients business objectives and enhance overall organizational performance.
- Conduct assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices in HR management.
- Provide expert advice on talent management leadership development organizational design and change management.
- Develop and deliver presentations reports and strategic recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops training sessions and meetings to support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging HR technologies to provide clients with cuttingedge solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) preferred.
- Experience as an HR consultant strategic HR leader or similar role with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices talent management organizational design and employee engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
