Job Description
Job Title: Risk Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential risks across various areas including financial operational compliance and strategic risks.
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments including quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the potential impact of identified risks.
- Monitor and report on risk indicators trends and emerging risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the resilience of the organization to adverse events.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in risk management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Support internal audit and compliance activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. FRM PRM CFA) is a plus.
- Experience in risk management financial analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools as well as data analysis tools such as Excel R or Python.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey riskrelated information clearly and effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
