Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Department. This position will oversee all maintenance operations ensuring high standards of performance reliability and safety across our facilities. As a key member of our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program you will play a critical role in the continuous improvement and operational success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain a highperforming maintenance team to meet or exceed company expectations.
- Develop and manage comprehensive training programs for all maintenance personnel.
- Oversee the departments budget and ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to align maintenance objectives with broader company goals.
- Advise and assist leadership in setting strategic objectives for maintenance operations.
- Manage all documentation and processes related to the maintenance department ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain and optimize the use of CMMS or other maintenance software programs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and TPM efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 10 years of maintenance management experience in the food industry with bakery experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of highproduction machinery and food manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in CMMS or similar maintenance software Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
