Job Description
Were seeking a creative individual who excels in both frontend development and UI/UX design. Youll have the opportunity to craft engaging user experiences that make a real impact.
Job Responsibilities (JR)
UI/UX Design:
Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
FrontEnd Development:
Implement designs using HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
Responsive Design:
Ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Performance Optimization:
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Collaboration:
Work with backend developers and marketers to enhance user experience.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
User Experience:
Deliver exceptional UI/UX that meets user needs.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
FrontEnd Performance:
Ensure fast and efficient user interfaces.
Accessibility Standards:
Design interfaces that are accessible to all users.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
User Satisfaction Score:
Achieve a user satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
Page Load Time:
Maintain average page load times under 2.5 seconds.
Project Deadlines:
Deliver 95% of projects on time.
Accessibility Compliance:
100% adherence to WCAG standards.
Innovation Adoption:
Introduce one new design trend or technology annually.
