Overview
As a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition/Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring toptier talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring that we build a highperforming team to drive the companys success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead endtoend recruitment processes for various business units and functions.
- Source screen and interview potential candidates utilizing a variety of online resources and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
- Conduct job offer negotiations and manage the offer process.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision making.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal laws regarding employment.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members in the recruitment processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role preferably in a corporate environment or with a real estate company
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.
- Experience in using social media professional networks and job boards for recruitment.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
- Capability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Certification in Recruitment or related field is a plus.
- Experience in employer branding is a plus.
