Job Description
Overview:
The Data Analyst Analysis Trainee will play a crucial role in supporting the analysis of large datasets to drive key business decisions. This entrylevel position is integral to the organizations datadriven approach and will involve working closely with senior data analysts and stakeholders to provide meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection cleansing and transformation processes
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Support in building and maintaining data pipelines
- Assist in creating and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards
- Conduct statistical analysis to extract valuable insights from the data
- Assist in conducting A/B testing and provide analytical support for experiments
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements
- Contribute to the development of data models and algorithms
- Assist in the interpretation and communication of analytical findings
- Participate in training programs and learning initiatives to enhance data analysis skills
- Document processes methodologies and analytical results
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the field of data analysis
- Assist in adhoc analytical requests from the management
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the data analysis function
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R
- Understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar
- Ability to work with large datasets and databases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
