Job Description



Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Atlas Transformers Vadodara Gujarat
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a production management role preferably in the transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing industry.

Job Overview:
As a Production Manager at Atlas Transformers you will oversee the manufacturing process of transformers and ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing production schedules coordinating with various departments maintaining quality standards and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning & Management: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the production team including hiring training and evaluating staff performance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and oversee quality control procedures and resolve any quality issues that arise.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency reduce waste and optimize production operations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety audits and training.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure that materials are available as needed.
  • Cost Management: Monitor production costs and implement costsaving measures while maintaining product quality. Prepare and manage the production budget.
