- Experience: 57 years of experience in production management or planning within the transformer or manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Job Summary:
The Production and Planning Manager at Atlas Transformers India Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes and planning activities at our Vadodara facility. This role ensures that production goals are met efficiently resources are utilized effectively and highquality standards are maintained all while aligning with customer demands and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Supervise Production: Direct and oversee daily production activities including winding tanking core assembly and testing of transformers.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the production process implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials machinery and labor to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Production Planning:
- Schedule Development: Create and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and production targets.
- Demand Forecasting: Work with sales and procurement teams to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Capacity Assessment: Evaluate production capacity and recommend adjustments to meet fluctuating demands.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify Inefficiencies: Analyze production processes to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Enhance Productivity: Lead initiatives to enhance production workflows implement lean manufacturing techniques and improve overall productivity.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage Staff: Supervise and develop production staff providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
- Foster Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration between production teams and other departments.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure availability while minimizing excess.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align production schedules with material availability.
