Job Description
ATLAS Transformers India limited required Accountant
Location : Akota Vadodara
Required Qualifications Experience :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally
- Experience in banking
- Experience in Letter of Credit Process
- Experience in Import/export documentation accounting
- Filing of GSTN
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and examine financial records statements and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile accounts and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify variances and trends
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide support for external audits and tax filings
- Contribute to the development of internal control procedures
- Participate in financial data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decisionmaking
- Utilize accounting software to manage and organize financial data
- Communicate financial information to management and relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Execute adhoc financial tasks and projects as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting
- Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Awareness of industry trends and best practices in accounting
