Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates for various job positions
- Understand client requirements and align candidates to job openings
- Manage the bench and sales processes for staffing requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients
- Negotiate and finalize candidates employment terms and conditions
- Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job portals networking and social media to identify potential candidates
- Update and maintain candidate database
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical hiring practices
- Provide regular updates to clients and management on candidate progress
- Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their current and future staffing needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in bench sales and recruiting for US staffing
