Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect State/Country.
Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong knowledge of design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit).
Excellent creativity attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Design and Planning: Creating architectural blueprints and designing functional aesthetic and sustainable structures in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Coordination: Collaborating with civil engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the structural feasibility and safety of the project.
Compliance: Ensuring that designs comply with local building codes zoning laws and other regulatory requirements.
Project Oversight: Supervising the construction process to ensure the design is executed properly and within budget and time constraints.
Sustainability: Incorporating ecofriendly practices and materials in designs to ensure energyefficient and sustainable buildings.
Client Interaction: Communicating with clients to understand their vision preferences and budget constraints and ensuring the final design aligns with their expectations.
Feasibility Studies: Conducting site analysis and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of the location for development considering factors like geography topography and infrastructure.
Budgeting: Collaborating with financial teams to ensure the project design is costeffective balancing quality aesthetics and budgetary constraints.
Innovation and Technology: Using advanced architectural software (e.g. CAD BIM) for 3D modeling and virtual walkthroughs enhancing design accuracy and visualization for clients and stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in the design or construction process and devising strategies to mitigate those risks.
Interior Design Consultation: Providing guidance on interior layouts materials and finishes to ensure the building s interior spaces are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Sustainability and LEED Certification: Helping projects achieve green building certifications such as LEED by incorporating energyefficient designs and sustainable materials.
