Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth for ZC Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries through cold calling networking and leveraging existing contacts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their recruitment challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends market activities and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry (Must)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Resultsoriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Candidates must have their own laptop and high speed internet connection.
