Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of and manage engineering metrics to support enterprise adoption.
- Design build and maintain scalable infrastructure for platform development.
- Develop and implement Single SignOn (SSO) solutions using tools like Okta or similar identity management systems.
- Lead the architecture and development of SaaS platform products ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Plan and manage the project roadmap to ensure timely efficient delivery.
- Collaborate directly with customers providing technical expertise and ensuring their success.
- Lead and mentor a development team ensuring highquality code and innovative solutions are delivered.
Qualifications:
MustHave:
- 8 years of experience building backend systems with proficiency in Java Spring Spring WebFlux and PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience in authentication and access control systems including building SSO solutions with tools like Okta OAuth JWT or OpenID.
- Proven track record in developing SaaS platforms and managing complex scalable systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms particularly AWS including deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments.
- Expertise in leading teams and architecting systems for enterpriselevel products ensuring high performance security and reliability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing deployments on GCP or Azure in addition to AWS.
- Familiarity with selfhosted products and their deployment processes.
- Experience writing technical blogs or sharing insights on complex enterpriselevel challenges and solutions.
