Role Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Production Officer to join our dynamic team. The Production Officer will play a vital role in overseeing the manufacturing process of our highquality coatings. The ideal candidate should possess strong supervisory skills extensive knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and a passion for ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively to optimize productivity.
Monitor and control production processes to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement process improvements and costsaving measures.
Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and facilities.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of paints coatings and related products.
Strong knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Experience Required
Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role within the paint manufacturing industry.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry or related field preferred.
