Job title: Finance Manager

About the job:
At VMax we re committed to securing every person s immediate and longterm financial goals including our own. We re searching for a qualified Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company including budgeting financial planning forecasting and analysis. They will also be responsible for managing financial reporting taxation and compliance. Additionally the Finance Manager will provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
As a leader of the finance team the manager will work with likeminded professionals and continually focus on sharpening their knowledge and skills so that we remain at the top of our industry.
Job Responsibilities and Deliverables
Financial Controls and Planning
MIS
Statutory and tax compliance
Financial Controls and Planning
- Heath check of financials (Deducting overlaps and anomalies resource management optimization of cash flow and fraud prevention)
- Resource and capacity utilization analysis review WD 5th of every month
- Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls risk management systems and operational processes. Quarterly analysis
- Assessing and ensuring the company s compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies in India.
- Providing management with accurate and timely reports on financial audit findings including recommendations for improvement.
Management Information System
- Generate and review monthly MIS reports providing insightful analysis and presenting them to the CEO. (Timeline workday (WD) 5th of every month).
- Provide Comprehensive monthly P&L analysis identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
- Conduct financial reviews and variance analysis communicating findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Update and maintain sales and business unit forecasts ensuring alignment with overall company targets. (efficiency).
- To evaluate and control the bottom line of the company by serving as a Key resource for CEO providing timely and highquality analysis to support critical business decisions.
- Collaborate with Financial Accounting Teams to Ensure Accurate and timely monthend close reviewing results with Business Unit Head and identifying areas for improvement. (WD 7th of every Month).
- Conduct commercial evaluations on prospective deals and sales opportunities providing strategic recommendations based on financial Analysis. (WD 10th of every Quarter).
- Foster strong Relationships with teams and crossfunctional partners to drive business success.
Statutory and tax compliances
- Oversee the teams accountability and finalization of accounts in ERP.
- Close the books (Journal entries accruals cutoff testing prepare reports etc.)
- Accounts reconciliation AR AP Payroll Tax returns tax payments
Product costing and operational costing (WD 10th of every Quarter)
- Support the work of the business functions by providing cost estimates of new programs memberships Addons technical solutions delivery processes thereby contributing to the company s top line and bottom line
- Evaluate the best product/sales mix for optimization of bottom line.
- Analyze the cost of programs memberships Addons technical solutions delivery processes currently comparing them with similar new ones to evaluate any possibility of cost reduction/profit analysis.
Requirements:
- Master s degree in finance accounting or related field
- Professional certification such as CFA CPA or CMA is a plus
- Experience in financial leadership roles from a B2C business operations company (preferably in the Health and Wellness industry)
- Exposure to digital payment solutions and payment gateways.
- Demonstrated financial leadership experience preferably in a Healthcare setting with strong analytical skills and experience working with and presenting to the board of directors.
- High personal and professional integrity
- Experience and ability to identify stakeholders needs and concerns and provide proactive solutions Proficiency in MS Office and fund accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail ability to communicate effectively and ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize. Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments.
