About the Job:
This is a fulltime onsite role for a community manager. The community manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with VMax Wellnesss online community across various social media platforms. The community manager will plan and execute social media campaigns create content and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and website traffic. The community manager will also coordinate with the marketing team to develop a social media strategy and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to reach new audiences.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Respond to comments questions and messages across various platforms.
- Manage and grow VMax & Fit Moms social media presence.
- Create and share content to drive community interaction.
- Gather user feedback and insights to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to address community concerns.
- Plan and execute community events challenges and initiatives.
- Encourage usergenerated content and participation.
- Identify and engage with community advocates and influencers.
- Encourage positive wordofmouth and brand advocacy.
- Produce engaging and relevant ad content for various platforms ensuring brand consistency and adherence to advertising guidelines.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance (Organic & Paid) providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and target specific audience segments through demographic behavioral and interestbased criteria to enhance ad relevance.
- Work closely with creative teams copywriters and other stakeholders to align advertising content with overall brand messaging and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends algorithm updates and emerging social media platforms to continuously refine advertising strategies.
- Leverage social media data to gather insights into customer behavior preferences and sentiments for informed decisionmaking.
- Evaluate the return on investment for social media advertising initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Eligibility
- Masters / bachelors degree.
- Preferably a service coach a mum with 5 years of proven work experience in community program development in a health and wellness industry (or) from a leading consumer tech company.
- Should have strong experience in managing and engaging online communities across various social media platforms.
- Experience in managing customer queries over social channels
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with community members
- Must be able to work with confidential material without betraying the trust of the client family and agency.
- knowledge of the organization and current community health and wellness program trends.
- Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse workforce and client population.
- Open to change and willing to lead change within the organization.
- Professional integrity; excellent work ethic.
- Ability to manage competing priorities excellent organizational skills and good time management.
