A growing group of 2 dental offices in San Jose area. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Dental Director of Operations to join our team.

Dental Director of Operations You will be responsible for but not limited to the following;

Oversee the operations of 2 dental offices including doctors hygienists and supporting team

Work with office managers and team leads to develop and implement operational strategies

Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve operations and profitability

Dental Operations Manager: You will be responsible for but not limited to the following;

  • Manage two locations and up to 35 staff including hygienists and doctors
  • Recruit hire and develop team members to provide bestinclass patient care.
  • Meet and exceed office production and collection goals.
  • Directly supervise team members and proactively manage their performance and development including but not limited to performance feedback appraisals and corrective actions.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as financial review endofday reporting staff payroll accounts receivable reports correctly and within deadlines.
  • Leads the organization with the betterment of the staff as a priority.
  • Oversee patient relations and handle patient complaints.
  • Provide real solutions to helping the practice grow beyond its perceived limits.
  • Heavy focus on Organic Growth and internal marketing strategies.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience of managing a dental team
  • Demonstrated history of translating highlevel strategic goals and business objectives into actionable changes in the processes or policies of the department and implementing those changes
  • Ability to analyze and present conclusions on business performance gathering and synthesizing data as needed
  • Successful track record in achieving and exceeding operational goals in a high growth company
  • Experienced with various dental software programs.
