Job Description
- Responsible to design and develop various Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder Email Studio and Mobile Studio.
- Apart from this Marketing Automation Specialist needs to model transform and query all data needed for generating segmented marketing campaigns as well as formatting and delivering the list to appropriate parties.
- Develop and test data integrations and relevant automations to support business CRM needs. Monitor quality of email database and create cleaned data sets. Requirement Must have experience in execute campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Able to use HTML CSS and AMP Scripting for personalized messages to selected segments
- Excellent knowledge in Salesforce integration technologies both between Salesforce clouds and external systems.
- Database experience including SQL queries database design relationships and design practices. Experience implementing and managing Salesforce APIs including REST SOAP Bulk Streaming and Connect.
- Must have strong understanding of Marketing and analytic needs.
- Individual contributor and must have good communication and able to work along with various department.
