Job Description

Lead and build the design and implementation of the job evaluation and job architecture project in EMEA to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives in the region
Develop and implement a Sales Commission Scheme for EMEA
Refine global short-term incentive programs to motivate employees while supporting business goals. Review, administer and upgrade STI schemes on country level.
Lead Salary Benchmark projects in dedicated markets. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our Total Rewards offerings remain competitive and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
