Job Description
- Training and Learning: Participate in training programs and workshops to understand IP networking fundamentals, network protocols, and network security.
- Network Support: Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Troubleshooting: Help diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems and performance bottlenecks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
