Job Description
You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs and standards within the department. Central to this position is ensuring Ground Operations staff are well-trained, adhere to industry standards, and contribute to the overall safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of activities.
A subject matter expert, you will execute training programs effectively, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences for airport operations and 3rd party ground handling frontline personnel. To ensure impact, you will develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously evaluate competencies and performance of frontline operational staff.
