we are seeking to hire an CEO Assistant according to these responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
Manage the CEO s calendar schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit reports presentations and correspondence.
Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Track and follow up on action items and project deadlines.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Conduct research and compile information to assist with strategic decisions.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role preferably in a software or tech company
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
Languages:
Arabic / English Very Good ( Business Need)
