Job Description
IT Business Analyst
Leading technical aspects of the implementation of new solutions documenting business requirements modelling processes and roles configuring integrated solutions ensuring information security and supporting a global solutions.
What youll do:
Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with strategy
Improve connection between global functions representatives / system owners and ITspecialists within GlobalIT
Report project status to sponsors and steering committees
Closely cooperate with other business analysts to ensure consistency of processes and data between different domains
Establishes clear priorities among project activities
Provide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for systems in scope (System Administration)
Perform configurations on systems in scope
Ensure integrity and security of corporate data
Ensure integrity on systems functionality (testing after updates changes)
Coordinate support or execute key and enduser training activities for systems in scope.
What is required:
- Business or IT related to show technical/business knowledge
- A least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Business process and/or data mapping experience
- Available to start working at 6 or 7 am
