Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE) you will play role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in IT sales and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities including cold calling email campaigns and networking.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients understanding their business needs and presenting tailored IT solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential markets customer needs and industry trends.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline ensuring timely followups and tracking progress towards targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
- Fieldwork: The role will require fieldwork including regular client meetings to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in outbound sales within the IT industry.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate IT solutions to nontechnical clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of IT products and services including software hardware cloud solutions and other relevant technologies.
- Awareness of the latest industry trends and market dynamics.
