Job Description
Overview:
As a Civil Engineer at our leading real estate company you will play a pivotal role in the design construction and maintenance of our real estate projects. You will collaborate with a dynamic team applying your expertise to ensure the successful completion of complex civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed designs
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies
- Reviewing project specifications and requirements
- Managing designing and overseeing construction projects
- Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures
- Evaluating project costs and ensuring budgets are adhered to
- Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors
- Resolving design and development problems
- Ensuring all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with architects engineers and project managers
- Providing technical advice and solving complex problems
- Drafting and implementing project timelines and milestones
- Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Conducting onsite investigations and analyzing data
- Participating in the project planning and budgeting processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Indepth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Proven track record of delivering successful civil engineering projects
- Analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet project demands
