As the Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts at our company you will play a key role
in supporting the finance department to ensure effective financial management and
compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Manager Finance
& Accounts to oversee accounting processes manage financial data and support decision making through accurate financial analysis.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software preferably Tally Prime for efficient financial management.
- Bachelor& rsquo s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Master s degree or professional certification is preferred.
- 810 years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
- Proficiency in payroll software and donor management systems.
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel for data analysis (Vlookup pivot tables etc. ) and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Passion for contributing to the NGO / educational sector through meticulous financial management and accountability.
