Job Description

Overview

The Freshers Hiring Customer Support/Customer Interactions role in Bangalore is a crucial entrylevel position within our organization as it involves directly engaging with customers to address their queries provide information and ensure a positive experience. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys positive reputation.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members
  • Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
  • Assist customers with placing orders processing returns and tracking shipments
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and strive to achieve a quick resolution
  • Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and customer service procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer service quality and productivity goals
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve customer service skills
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
  • Assist in additional tasks or projects as assigned by the customer support manager

Required qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards professional growth and development
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in highpressure situations
