Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders processing returns and tracking shipments
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

- Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and customer service procedures

Required qualifications
