Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our construction company. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of experience in finance management preferably within the construction industry. You will play a critical role in financial planning budgeting cash flow management and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow manage project costs and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations tax laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop financial strategies for ongoing and future projects.
- Work closely with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure adherence to legal financial obligations.
