Job Description
Overview:
The UI/UX Designer plays a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our users. This individual will be responsible for understanding user needs translating them into wireframes and prototypes and working closely with development teams to ensure the final product meets high standards of usability and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Collaborate with the development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience
- Contribute to highlevel strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts colors and images
- Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends techniques and technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Uptodate knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good timemanagement skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and creativity
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating a great user experience
- Experience in using analytics data to inform design decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
