Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience good communication skills and a good understanding of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure ensuring seamless cloud operations and providing technical support.
The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to maintain thorough documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including cloud services on platforms.
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and related software.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including knowledge transfer (KT) materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts like LAN VPN VLAN and IP addressing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and managing cloud resources.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware HyperV) and basic server management (Windows/Linux).
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration including Active Directory management.
- Basic database management skills (MySQL Oracle) and query writing.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices including firewalls and antivirus.
- Experience with IT troubleshooting help desk tools (JIRA Zendesk) and remote support.
- Ability to coordinate IT projects and maintain thorough technical documentation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python Bash PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible Terraform).
- Strong communication skills including technical writing and vendor management experience.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
