Job Description
Role: Junior Accountant
Location: Houston TX (Onsite)
Job type: Fulltime
Functional Area: Finance & Accounts Trading & Supply
Experience: 35 Years
Job Accountabilities
Prepare sale invoices in CXL/SAP and send out to customer for payment.
Daily record debits and credit in SAP after reconciling with bank report.
Hedging Recon and Hedge Doc daily.
Daily Bank reconciliation in SAP.
Daily Calculate Margin and enter margin payment in Citi if required.
On daily basis do Citi Trade File for hedge reconciliation.
Maintain Daily Cash Management and ensure payments are received.
Process monthly Surveyor invoices and process payment.
Daily sales reconciliation.
Monthly reconciliation of invoicing with CXL.
Purchase office and kitchen supplies.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
- Bachelor s degree Accounting preferred.
- Supply & Trading / Energy Industry background a plus.
- 35 years of experience preferred.
- Hands on experience of SAP ERP system & spreadsheets.
- Person willing to take up more responsibility and selfstarter would be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask.

- Good communication skills written and oral
- Experience working in a team environment.
