CORPORATE/M&A/SECURITIES/FINANCE TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY
LOCATION: DELAWARE/FLORIDA/MARYLAND/NEW JERSEY/NY
SALARY: $240000 to $315000
We are seeking experienced corporate transactional attorneys for our offices in Delaware Florida Maryland New Jersey New York and Texas. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law mergers and acquisitions fund formation finance and/or securities. Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction is required. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills. We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from $240000 to $315000 based on experience.
