Job Description
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms like Twitter LinkedIn Discord Instagram and others targeting the Web3 and blockchain community.
- Content Creation: Create curate and manage highquality content that aligns with Web3 trends industry news and company values. Engage followers with informative and captivating posts.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize social media posts and profiles for SEO to drive organic traffic to our platforms and improve search engine visibility.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the Web3 community building and fostering relationships with key influencers followers and partners.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve content strategy.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive awareness engagement and conversions for Web3 initiatives and product launches.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing design and content teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain cryptocurrencies NFTs DeFi and Web3 technologies.
- SEO Skills: Proven ability to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach through SEO techniques.
- Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in platforms like Twitter Discord LinkedIn Instagram and experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
- Creative Content Creation: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging social media content (experience with Canva Photoshop or video editing is a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics Twitter Analytics etc.).
- Strong Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for community building and engagement.
- Trend Awareness: Passion for staying updated on the latest social media and Web3 trends.
- Experience working in a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with online communities like Reddit Telegram or similar Web3 forums.
