Job Description
Overview:
The Oracle CPQ Cloud role is crucial for implementing and maintaining the Oracle CPQ Cloud solution within the organization. This role involves configuring the CPQ solution to meet business requirements integrating it with other systems and providing technical documentation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain product configurator pricing and quoting rules
- Integrate CPQ with CRM and ERP systems to ensure data consistency
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CPQ implementation
- Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ solutions
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
- Conduct training sessions for end users
- Define and maintain best practices for CPQ implementation
- Stay updated with Oracle CPQ Cloud updates and new features
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of CPQ configuration pricing and quoting processes
- Experience with CPQ integrations with CRM and ERP systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript XML and web services
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Certifications in Oracle CPQ Cloud is preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle CRM is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable
